About the role
- Handle pre-sales administrative tasks: register the company, generate and review confidentiality agreements, send quotes, collect and process purchase orders
- Invoice clients: issue and send invoices, manage follow-ups and reminders, and reconcile incoming payments
- Support the accounting firm: collect and reconcile accounting documents, enter payroll variables
- Coordinate communications with service providers and ensure proper execution of their services
- Provide administrative assistance for recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Handle certain logistical aspects of business operations
Requirements
- Diploma equivalent to Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary / Associate degree)
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills
- High adaptability and flexibility
- Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of English and office tools (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel)
