About the role

  • Handle pre-sales administrative tasks: register the company, generate and review confidentiality agreements, send quotes, collect and process purchase orders
  • Invoice clients: issue and send invoices, manage follow-ups and reminders, and reconcile incoming payments
  • Support the accounting firm: collect and reconcile accounting documents, enter payroll variables
  • Coordinate communications with service providers and ensure proper execution of their services
  • Provide administrative assistance for recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  • Handle certain logistical aspects of business operations

Requirements

  • Diploma equivalent to Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary / Associate degree)
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High adaptability and flexibility
  • Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command of English and office tools (Microsoft Office, particularly Excel)
