About the role
- Enable senior leaders to scale high-performing, inclusive organizations by aligning people strategy with business priorities across a rapidly growing company.
- Help leaders navigate the people challenges that come with growth, from performance management and employee relations to organizational change and team development.
- Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into practical people actions that strengthen performance, engagement, and organizational health.
- Collaborate closely with partners across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Finance, and Legal to design and deliver people programs that are fair, consistent, and scalable.
- Act as a connector across functions and contribute to a People team known for thoughtful, pragmatic partnership and strong business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in a fast-paced or scaling environment.
- Experience supporting leaders across multiple functions (e.g., G&A, Operations, or GTM).
- Strong fundamentals across core PBP areas, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Proven ability to build trust with leaders and serve as a thoughtful coach and advisor.
- Comfort supporting teams through change and navigating ambiguity with sound judgment.
- Clear, empathetic communicator who can handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and care.
- Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to balance immediate needs with longer-term initiatives.
- Strength in organizational design and talent planning: Comfort guiding leaders through org structure, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent gap analysis.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to design, lead, and execute initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Experience leading core People cycles: Ownership of performance, compensation, promotion, and talent review processes.
- Data-informed mindset, using insights and feedback to support people decisions.
