Analytics Engineer

• Develop, optimize, and maintain transformation workflows in DBT Cloud for our Snowflake data warehouse
• Expand and refactor the transformation codebase to improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality
• Ensure data consistency, reliability, and continuity across all data marts and datasets
• Design and implement new data marts to simplify analytics and support business needs
• Collaborate with business users to build and maintain impactful Sigma dashboards and reports
• Implement tests to ensure data quality and proactively catch anomalies
• Perform advanced analytics and ad-hoc data investigations to support decision making
• Document data models, transformation logic, and analytics solutions for transparency and maintainability
• Monitor data pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
