About the role

  • Drive the full-cycle delivery of selected niche and senior roles business-wide, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition through expert-level sourcing and stakeholder management as an individual contributor
  • Bring in exceptional talent who are excited about Sleek and are a great fit for our stage of growth and culture
  • Bring in new talent within time-to-fill targets (to be disclosed during interviews)
  • Proactively review pipeline stage performance using data and AI to share learnings with the team and recommend improvements to our hiring process
  • Proactively build and manage relationships with Sleek’s leadership team and hiring managers, soliciting feedback and working with the Head of Talent Acquisition to prioritise that feedback
  • Ensure the smooth and successful onboarding of new joiners into the business
  • Help to shape and refine Talent Acquisition SOPs, ensuring they are well adopted within the function
  • Maintain excellence in our ATS with regards to record keeping
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Singapore recruitment regulations (MOM, Tripartite, MCF)

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience within a fast-paced recruitment agency environment
  • Expert level proficiency in talent sourcing and headhunting techniques beyond LinkedIn and able to build diverse talent pipelines
  • Ability to act as a consultant to hiring managers, managing relationships with leadership teams, and providing data-backed recommendations
  • Hands-on experience maintaining high-level data integrity in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a proactive interest in using AI tools to improve hiring efficiency
  • Experience hiring in Southeast Asia
  • Strong familiarity with Google workspace environment
  • Must be currently based in Singapore with valid legal working rights
