About the role
- Process monthly payroll;
- Manage employee vacation processes;
- Calculate employee termination payments daily;
- Maintain control of the electronic timekeeping system and perform timekeeping calculations and administration for the units supported;
- Serve units and employees, advising them on current labor and social security legislation, union clauses, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies and procedures;
- Participate in HR/payroll projects;
- Support audits and inspections.
Requirements
- Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields;
- Intermediate-level Excel;
- Experience with personnel administration routines and labor legislation;
- Experience with the Senior payroll and timekeeping system (Senior Sistemas) is a plus.
