Ensure a swift and compliant candidate flow to recruiters, optimize response rates, and reduce the time-to-submit and time-to-fill metrics
Proactively source MD/DO and APP talent by specialty and state using platforms like LinkedIn, DocCafe, Definitive Healthcare, referrals, social groups, and internal CRM/ATS
Execute multi-channel cadences (email, text, phone) with compelling value propositions tailored to locum and permanent role motivators
Verify candidate availability, specialty fit, board status (ABMS/AOA), certifications (DEA, CSR, BLS/ACLS, PALS), state licensure, IMLC eligibility, malpractice history, case logs/procedures, EHR experience, compensation/rate expectations, shift preferences, call, location/travel readiness, and start timelines
Requirements
2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing (locums/permanent) preferred; high-volume sourcing in a niche industry acceptable if a fast learner
Familiarity with physician and APP specialties, terminology, and credentialing/privileging steps
Proficiency with ATS/CRM and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, DocCafe, major healthcare boards)
Strong written and phone communication skills; high attention to detail and follow-through
