About the role
- Manage PO execution, liaising with CHQ on behalf of AR segment stakeholders and suppliers to execute PO’s in timely fashion
- Identify constraints driving delays in payments and proactively mitigate barriers preventing supplier payments
- Interface with Supply Chain leaders, Global Business Services Finance, and Operations across the enterprise
- Provide proactive analysis and reporting on indirect procurement transactions in Ariba and monitor PO cycle time
- Provide indirect purchase forecasts and ensure data is accurate and formatted for deep-dive analysis
- Develop metrics to monitor system and sub system health
- Support special projects related to continuous improvement through data collection and analysis and triage work stops
- Maintain document integrity and traceability by establishing and maintaining well-organized electronic filing systems and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field with minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Tools
- Experience using Business Intelligence Software
- Continuous Improvement experience: Lean, 6Sigma, Root Cause Analysis
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems a plus
- Experience with Ariba (indirect procurement transaction monitoring)
