Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in inbound call handling and call routing.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong understanding of property management and real estate operations.
- Excellent tenant relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong administrative support capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing with a high level of professionalism.
