About the role
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks
- Record invoices, expenses, and payments accurately
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (no high-level accounting or financial analysis)
- Manage and organize emails and correspondence via Gmail
- Prepare, update, and organize documents using Google Docs
- Create and edit spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Keep records organized and up to date
- Follow established processes and ensure accuracy in all administrative work
Requirements
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or administrative support
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with email, documents, and spreadsheets
- Basic to intermediate English reading and writing skills
- Reliable internet connection
- Trustworthy, responsive, and dependable
