About the role
- As Amazon Growth Lead you will drive Revenue, Margin, and Product Rank across our Amazon Portfolio of ~100 SKUs
- Structure and optimize campaigns (SP/SB/SD)
- Reallocate budgets based on marginal ROAS
- Control wasted spend and “zombie campaigns”
- Run a testing framework for new keywords and creatives
- Maintain a steady cadence of conversion improvements
- Use a hypothesis → test → measure → decide loop

- Produce 1-page weekly report with actions
Requirements
- Amazon PPC (daily operator)
- 3+ years hands-on Amazon Ads experience managing meaningful spend
- Deep experience with SP/SB/SD campaign structure, scaling, and cleanup
- Proven ability to reduce wasted spend and reallocate budgets based on marginal returns
- Strong query mining: search term harvesting, negatives, match type strategy
- Can build and run disciplined testing frameworks for keywords and creatives
- Listing Conversion Optimization (weekly iteration)
- Demonstrated track record improving CTR/CVR via listing changes (not just “suggestions”)
- Strong grasp of Amazon retail fundamentals: titles, bullets, A+, variations, and merchandising
- Ability to translate customer objections into images/copy that ship
- Comfortable running hypothesis → test → measure → decide loops
- Amazon SEO (organic + PPC-assisted)
- Strong keyword research and SKU-level keyword mapping experience
- Experience with rank tracking and building an organic growth plan around hero keywords
- Ability to run PPC ranking campaigns with clear success metrics and guardrails
- Hands-on experience resolving indexing issues, suppressed listings, and compliance flags
- Profit-first pricing, promos, and offers
- Strong understanding of contribution margin per SKU and promo ROI
- Experience managing deals, coupons, price tests, bundles, and subscription strategy
- Ability to coordinate offer timing with inventory constraints and seasonality
- Portfolio-level reporting and decision making
- Ability to produce a 1-page weekly report with insights and clear next actions
- Strong diagnosis skills: traffic vs conversion vs offer problems
- Comfort operating off core metrics (profit, TACOS, CTR/CVR, rank, inventory health)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience with Amazon research/reporting tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, SellerBoard, etc) is a plus
- Bias toward action, speed, and measurable outcomes
