About the role

  • Engage with potential clients to promote our wind turbine inspection services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure customer outcomes are delivered and upsell opportunities are unlocked.
  • Accurately forecast revenue, manage pipeline, and consistently deliver against bookings targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field is a plus.
  • Wind / solar energy technology familiarity or experience.
  • Experience selling into large, complex industrial enterprises or utilities is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with international teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Ability to travel across North America (10–20%).
