Account Executive

• Engage with potential clients to promote our wind turbine inspection services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure customer outcomes are delivered and upsell opportunities are unlocked.
• Accurately forecast revenue, manage pipeline, and consistently deliver against bookings targets.

Engineer

• Manage blade asset health for our customers through our Horizon platform for a variety of services
• Offer expert guidance to key customers regarding criticality and risk evaluation of wind turbine blade damages, defects, and high level analysis of catastrophic failures.
• Develop repair priority schedules incl. shutdown, curtailment and monitoring recommendations.
• Manage and trace field work within work order module
• Contribute expertise to improve and create analytical dashboards for repair campaigns, blade damage, and repair reports.
• Aid in determining the scope of repair budgets
• Review blade repair reports for documentation standards and completeness
• Provide blade engineering support for the Repair Vendor Management (RVM) service line
• Create & Support Customer Deliverables: Lead or participate in customer projects, including technology assessments, report generation, and client communication.
• Understand and address customer asset management problems, provide insights into root causes, explore alternatives, and outline timelines and costs for various solutions.
• Support sales: Collaborate with customers and other stakeholders to identify and pursue new opportunities for blade asset management.

Blade Engineer

Project Manager

• Be responsible for managing delivery of inspection services, involving deployment of inspection equipment and technician(s) to onshore and offshore wind farms in the UK and EU
• Keep project management tools & software updated daily for project planning, execution and logistics
• Support colleagues on the Project Management team
• Complete administrative duties such as documentation & paperwork (daily progress reports)
• Generate and distribute reports to the project team and key stakeholders
• Coordinate, manage and support logistics, scheduling and project execution
