About the role

  • - Analytical Frameworks & Insight Generation: Design, build, and continuously improve robust analytical frameworks and models that enable performance insights across customer lifecycle. Lead complex analyses to identify key drivers, trends, and opportunities across cohort and markets.
  • - Commercial Scenario Modelling: Execute scenario modelling to assess the impact of promotions, and proposition changes, balancing subscriber growth and revenue outcomes.
  • - Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Support marketing teams with budget tracking, performance evaluation, and efficiency analysis, helping to optimise spend across channels and regions. Identify opportunities to improve ROI and effectiveness through data-led insight and experimentation.
  • - Marketing Performance & Efficiency: Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver data, insights, visualisations, and actionable recommendations.
  • - Reporting, Visualisation & Standardisation:Develop and maintain high-quality dashboards and performance outputs. Establish best-practice templates and standards to ensure insights are consistent, scalable, and decision ready.

Requirements

  • - Ideally 2-4 years’ experience in commercial, trading, or performance analytics, within a D2C subscription-based business or the media industry.
  • - Advanced Excel skills with experience in undertaking in-depth analysis and modelling.
  • - Proven ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights and recommendations.
  • - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills including to senior stakeholders.
  • - Proactive with high attention to detail, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Experience with Tableau, Amplitude, PowerBI or similar is preferred.
  • - Must be fluent in English with excellent oral and writing skills. Additional European language capabilities are advantageous.
