About the role

  • - Performance Reporting: Deliver and monitor recurring performance reports and dashboards to track key trading metrics and share them with the business, ensuring consistent and high-quality outputs.
  • - Analytical Frameworks & Templates: Build and maintain analytical templates to support commercial decision making across acquisition, retention, and in-life performance.
  • - Insight & Trend Analysis: Conduct structured analysis to identify trends, variances, and underlying performance drivers across markets and customer segments.
  • - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver data, insights, visualisations, and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • - Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in commercial, trading, analytical, or data-focused roles within a D2C subscription-based business or the media industry.
  • - Analytical mindset and experience with Excel, comfortable working with data to identify trends and insights.
  • - Strong communication skills, capable of summarising analysis and clearly presenting findings.
  • - Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Must be fluent in English with excellent oral and writing skills. Additional European language capabilities are advantageous.
