About the role

  • Independently manage and strategically expand a defined sales territory in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships in occupational safety, technical trade, and authorities and organizations with security responsibilities (BOS)
  • Proactively acquire new customers and systematically develop market opportunities
  • Introduce and position new products – in particular automated external defibrillator (AED) systems and first-aid solutions
  • Prepare quotations, conduct price and contract negotiations, and support tender processes
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales Management to implement targeted sales concepts

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B field sales, ideally in occupational safety, medical devices, or technical trade
  • Proven track record in developing and expanding sales territories
  • Strong closing skills and negotiation confidence
  • Willingness to travel frequently within your sales territory
  • Independent, structured working style and a confident manner at all hierarchical levels
  • Ideally, product knowledge in AEDs or emergency equipment
  • Proficient use of CRM systems
