About the role

  • End-to-end responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering complex, company-wide projects — from initiation through to successful completion
  • Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality objectives, including proactive risk and stakeholder management
  • Proactively identifying deviations and developing and implementing appropriate corrective measures to achieve project goals
  • Responsible for transparent communication and reporting of project status to identified stakeholders
  • Further development of company-wide project management standards and the PMO structure
  • Enabling the organization through training, workshops and coaching (including Jira, Confluence, MS Teams) to sustainably strengthen project management and collaboration capabilities

Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience in project management, ideally in the context of large IT or transformation projects
  • Strong methodological expertise in traditional and/or agile project management approaches
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills — including experience presenting to management and C-level stakeholders
  • High assertiveness, flexibility and initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Strong affinity for digital tools, particularly MS 365 as well as Atlassian Jira & Confluence
  • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
