Requirements

Deep expertise recruiting across at least two domains: Cloud, Mobile, Infrastructure, Embedded, Wireless, Camera/Optics, or Hardware Engineering
Proven track record building technical organizations at growth-stage or high-impact technology companies
Ability to influence and advise at the executive level
Comfort navigating complex, ambiguous hiring landscapes
Known for exceptional judgment, credibility, and follow-through
Experience mentoring recruiters and improving processes
Thoughtful communicator with strong business acumen
Blend of in-house and agency experience preferred
