About the role
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and use cases
- Work with Product Managers and Engineers on design improvements
- Deliver pixel-perfect Figma designs or interactive prototypes
- Contribute to Skydio’s design system with new components and styles
- Conduct user testing and evaluations to gather feedback
Requirements
- A portfolio of design work covering contributions to end-to-end UX projects
- Working towards a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, human factors, computer science, or related field
- Solid understanding of design concepts such as web and mobile UX patterns, design systems, low fidelity and high fidelity prototyping, heuristic evaluations, user testing
- Technical skills in frontend development and willingness to get hands-on with code
