About the role

  • Automate and enhance business processes through Salesforce configuration and development using Flows, Lightning Web Components (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), and Apex.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies and use tools such as JIRA for task tracking and Git for version control.
  • Design, develop, test, and document high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform that support critical business processes.
  • Apply engineering best practices to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, technical standards, and overall system performance.

Requirements

  • Quick learner with a strong interest in new technologies and platforms
  • Passion for building high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, maintainable work
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Foundational understanding of object-oriented programming principles
