Sustain the production of commercialized drones, docks, controllers
Work with manufacturing design, test engineers, and external equipment vendors
Analyze assembly process cycle times and production line layouts
Drive manufacturing capacity modeling and expansions
Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and leadership teams
Support the creation of manufacturing processes during the Prototype phase
Identify opportunities for continuous improvements to production and business processes

Requirements

Experienced in manufacturing process development throughout the product development lifecycle
Experienced in performing time-motion studies for manufacturing processes
Ability to perform basic modifications to electromechanical test fixtures and precision assembly tooling
Familiarity with 3D solid modeling of hardware parts and 2D modeling of production spaces
Enthusiasm for hands-on development of creative solutions to complex problems
Flexibility to support evening and weekend shift production
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills
Understanding of databases and various program languages (MySQL, Python)
General understanding of MES and MRP systems
