About the role

  • **What You Will Actually Do (The "Hunter" Mandate):**
  • - **Hunt High-Value Assets**: Target and secure new business within the Biologics/CDMO sectors. You will move beyond Procurement to build technical relationships with **Quality Directors, Packaging Engineers, and Manufacturing Heads**.
  • - **Sell the Ecosystem**: You won’t just lease a container. You will sell the "SkyCell Way": **Hybrid Hardware** (Risk elimination), **SkyCell Secure** (Lane Risk Software), and **IoT Telemetry** (Real-time intervention).
  • - **Challenge the Status Quo**: You will teach customers why their current "Active" solutions are failing (battery risks) or why their "Passive" solutions are costing them millions in excursions. You will utilize data (Lane Risk Assessments) to overturn long-standing incumbent relationships.
  • - **Navigate the Matrix**: Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations involving Global Procurement (Price), Quality (Compliance), and Logistics (Operations) to secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • - **Orchestrate the Validation**: Partner with our Technical Directors to guide customers through Operational Qualification (OQ) and Lane Validation studies - turning technical pilots into commercial revenue.

Requirements

  • **The "Phenotype" We Need:**
  • We are selective. We are looking for a specific mix of Technical Acumen and Sales Aggression.
  • - **Experience:** 5+ years of direct B2B sales experience in **Pharma Cold Chain, Specialty Logistics, or Life Sciences SaaS**. Outside markets with similar value alignment include semiconductor sales, aerospace/aviation, and data center infrastructure power/cooling
  • - **The "QA" Factor:** You must be fluent in the language of Quality. You know what **CAPA, GDP, Lane Validation, and Root Cause Analysis** mean, and you are comfortable learning/communicating thermal physics with a QA Director
  • - **The Track Record:** Proven history of closing **Net New Business** (Hunter mindset). You have closed complex deals with annual contract values exceeding **$500k**
  • - **Tech Fluency**: Experience selling or working with **IoT/Telemetry** or **Active/Hybrid Containers** is highly preferred
  • - **Strategic Geography:** Willingness to travel 30-40% within your territory to walk the plant floors and sit in the corporate boardrooms where decisions are made
