Client Service Administrator

Compliance

• Support the Company’s Risk Management function and undertake the regulated position of Risk Officer under the CySEC framework under the guidance and oversight of senior management
• Support the ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the Company’s Risk Management Framework
• Assist in identifying, monitoring and documenting key business and regulatory risks
• Maintain the Risk Register, Incident Log and related monitoring documentation
• Support ongoing monitoring of internal controls and mitigation measures
• Assist in the preparation of periodic risk reporting and regulatory submissions
• Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of risk-related policies and procedures
• Assist with regulatory, audit and internal governance requests where required
• Support the wider Compliance, Risk & Governance team on regulatory, governance and business support matters
• Assist with onboarding reviews, internal approvals and ongoing monitoring activities
• Support policy and procedure implementation and ongoing reviews
• Assist with the maintenance of internal registers, governance records and regulatory documentation
• Support corporate governance and company secretarial matters, including filings, registers and coordination with external service providers where required
• Assist with legal and contractual documentation reviews, due diligence exercises and agreement administration
• Assist with internal coordination, operational follow-ups and regulatory documentation requests
• Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation where required
• Assist with internal reviews, audits and regulatory inspections
• Support monitoring activities relating to CySEC, MiFID II and AML requirements
• Provide support on governance and risk-related initiatives across the wider Skybound Group where required
• Assist in promoting a strong compliance and risk culture across the business

Compliance, Risk & Governance Associate

• Provide compliance administration supporting across a number of key processes in the department
• Support activities will be provided across both Skybound Wealth Management Limited (CMA) and Skybound Insurance Brokerage LLC (CBUAE) entities
• Deliver and maintain World-Check One records
• Compile enhanced due diligence notes and supporting documentation
• Collate KYC / CDD documents
• Assist with client remediation projects
• Maintain key departmental trackers, including remediation trackers and evidence preparation
• Assist with the maintenance of internal registers, governance records and regulatory documentation
• Complete sanctions screening tasks for EOCN lists
• Assist with internal coordination, operational follow-ups and regulatory documentation requests
• Support monitoring activities relating to CMA and CBUAE requirements
• Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by Regional Head of Compliance

Compliance Associate

• Manage the UK Client Services mailbox, handling a high volume of inbound enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Act as first point of contact for providers and admin-level client queries
• Prepare, issue, and track client agreements and related documentation
• Process new business applications accurately and in line with internal procedures
• Log and manage all new business through internal registers and systems
• Take ownership of file completeness and operational readiness prior to advice and reporting stages
