Client Services Representative

• Manage the UK Client Services mailbox, handling a high volume of inbound enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Act as first point of contact for providers and admin-level client queries
• Prepare, issue, and track client agreements and related documentation
• Send Letters of Authority (LOAs) to providers and actively chase responses
• Obtain client valuations in advance of annual reviews
• Process new business applications accurately and in line with internal procedures
• Log and manage all new business through internal registers and systems
• Maintain pipeline momentum, ensuring cases progress without unnecessary delay
• Provide regular updates to advisers on case status and next steps
• Take ownership of file completeness and operational readiness prior to advice and reporting stages

• Develop and implement strategies that consider clients' international assets, ensuring cohesive and tax-compliant financial plans.
• Leverage investment research from globally recognized firms like JP Morgan and offer a diverse range of model portfolios.
• Stay abreast of global and local financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities to provide timely and relevant advice.
• Work closely with internal teams, including tax advisors, estate planners, and portfolio managers, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Ensure all financial advice and actions adhere to SEC regulations and other international standards.

• Support the Company’s Risk Management function and undertake the regulated position of Risk Officer under the CySEC framework under the guidance and oversight of senior management
• Support the ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the Company’s Risk Management Framework
• Assist in identifying, monitoring and documenting key business and regulatory risks
• Maintain the Risk Register, Incident Log and related monitoring documentation
• Support ongoing monitoring of internal controls and mitigation measures
• Assist in the preparation of periodic risk reporting and regulatory submissions
