About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Helping open and set up new client accounts, from start to finish
- Looking after everyday client requests - like updates, withdrawals and changes
- Keeping client records accurate, tidy and up to date
- Preparing paperwork and getting documents signed and returned
- Being a friendly, reliable point of contact for clients, colleagues and partners
- Helping our advisers stay organised and on top of their workload
- Spotting the little things that could be done better
- Making sure everything we do meets the high standards our clients expect
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in financial services or office administration is a bonus, but is not essential.
- Take pride in doing a job well and getting the details right
- Friendly, calm and easy to get along with
- Like being organised and keeping on top of things
- Communicate clearly, by email, on the phone or in person
- Comfortable using a computer and happy to learn new systems
- Enjoy being part of a team and helping others
