- Establishing and maintaining HR metrics and analytics that drive data-informed decisions, improve workforce planning, and boost operational efficiency.
- Ensuring the smooth execution of onboarding, training, and employee experience programs that enhance retention and workforce satisfaction – including managing the eNPS program and building a future rewards and recognition program.
- Staying ahead of HR technology trends and implementing solutions that enhance operations and the team member experience.
- Designing and executing a total rewards strategy that supports business goals, inspires performance, and reflects our commitment to serve big and give bigger.
- Partnering on the design of compensation programs including base pay, variable pay, equity, and incentives, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
- Serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for LOA, Workers Comp, ADA, 401K, and Unemployment programs.
- Stepping in when needed to resolve employee relations matters, coach leaders, and support performance management – always protecting culture and trust.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Equivalent professional experience considered, with HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) highly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in progressive HR roles, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position overseeing HR Operations strategically.
- Proven success leading HR functions across multi-unit or large-scale organizations, ideally in entertainment, retail, restaurants, or hospitality.
- Expertise in HR operations including compliance, talent management, compensation, payroll, and organizational development.
- Deep knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR technology systems (HRIS) Workday experience preferred.
- Track record of building strategies that improve engagement and deliver business results.
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, build trust, and foster collaboration.
- Clear and compelling communicator who adapts messages to diverse audiences.
- Analytical thinker that uses data to optimize HR processes and meet KPIs.
