About the role

  • Collaborate in a Product Trio: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product Managers and Engineers to define roadmaps and influence the long-term strategy of the Growth pillar.
  • Own the Lifecycle: From high-level discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final QA. You’ll tackle ambiguous problems and turn them into clear, actionable designs.
  • Design for Every Surface: Whether it's a mobile-first checkout moment or a complex merchant-facing growth tool, you’ll ensure a cohesive experience across Web, iOS, and Android.
  • Experiment & Iterate: Run design sprints and workshops to spark innovation. You’ll be at the heart of our "test and learn" culture.
  • Be a Mentor & Peer: Share your knowledge with the wider design team, contributing to our design culture and mentoring others as we all grow together.

Requirements

  • The Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in Product Design. Whether you are a seasoned Senior or a high-performing Mid-level ready for the next step, we value your impact over your years in the field.
  • The Toolbox: Mastery of Figma is a must. Experience with prototyping and a solid understanding of Design Systems (maintenance and evolution) is expected.
  • The Mindset: You have a "bias to action." You are comfortable with ambiguity and can move fast without breaking the user experience.
  • Product Thinking: You understand that a great design must solve a business problem. You can talk about conversion rates and retention as comfortably as you talk about typography and spacing.
  • Research & Data: You know how to interrogate data and translate user research (generative & evaluative) into design solutions.
  • Communication: You can clearly articulate the "why" behind your decisions to stakeholders and team members.
  • Knowledge: You’re familiar with Design Thinking (bonus points if you’ve read The Design Sprint by Jake Knapp) and have a strong grasp of accessibility (a11y).
  • Important: Please include a link to your Portfolio. We are looking for narrative-driven case studies that show your thinking process, not just final UI screens.****Applications with no portfolio will not be assessed further.****Please note that this opening concerns an onsite job, located in Athens, Attica, Greece.
