About the role
- Build, maintain and create strong relationships with international merchants
- Act as the commercial owner for seller growth across designated international markets
- Resolve clients’ issues and complaints
- Work with the internal teams dedicated to the same client account to ensure open communication and that we meet client needs
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews and growth meetings with merchants to ensure their ongoing success, satisfaction and adoption of available services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Management or relevant field
- 2+ years of previous work experience in Partners Success Management/B2B Sales or similar role ideally in eCommerce environment
- Fluency in Greek & English language
- Knowledge of Romanian, Bulgarian or Polish would be a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Familiarity with Google suite
- Familiarity with Reporting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you are a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Self-motivated, self-directed, tactful, creative and multitasker
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate into action plan
- Knowledge of Skroutz key objectives impacting team’s goals
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through on client contracts
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
