About the role

  • Build, maintain and create strong relationships with international merchants
  • Act as the commercial owner for seller growth across designated international markets
  • Resolve clients’ issues and complaints
  • Work with the internal teams dedicated to the same client account to ensure open communication and that we meet client needs
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews and growth meetings with merchants to ensure their ongoing success, satisfaction and adoption of available services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Management or relevant field
  • 2+ years of previous work experience in Partners Success Management/B2B Sales or similar role ideally in eCommerce environment
  • Fluency in Greek & English language
  • Knowledge of Romanian, Bulgarian or Polish would be a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Familiarity with Google suite
  • Familiarity with Reporting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you are a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, tactful, creative and multitasker
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate into action plan
  • Knowledge of Skroutz key objectives impacting team’s goals
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through on client contracts
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
