About the role

  • Support the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of HR reporting across Nutreco.
  • Manage global HR reporting & data tickets (triage, clarify requirements, deliver, document), following HR reporting standards, naming conventions, and governance.
  • Build and maintain Workday reports and assist in developing Power BI dashboards as your skills grow
  • Support global HR stakeholders such as HR Services, HRBPs, TA, Internal Audit, IT, Finance and business leaders with reporting needs and data questions
  • Participate in larger People Analytics initiatives such as CSRD reporting, data quality projects, data governance initiatives, analytics roadmap activities, data driven HR improvements, AI related projects
  • Contribute to data accuracy across all HR systems (with Workday as the core platform)
  • Collaborate with HR Tech colleagues to identify issues, share best practices and escalate complex cases where needed

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, HR operations, HR reporting, analytics or a related data role
  • Some experience or strong willingness to learn Workday Reporting, Adaptive Planning and Power BI
  • Genuine interest in HR data, people analytics, GDPR principles and building data literacy
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Strong English communication skills; Spanish is an advantage for Madrid-based collaboration
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and cultural flexibility to work with global teams
