• Posting timetables on the intranet and on notice boards
• Preparing end-of-semester exams and makeup exams (verify in advance that an exam is scheduled)
• Scheduling exam supervisors and rooms for examinations
• Managing last-minute changes to room schedules
• Monitoring absences
• Collecting student signatures on attendance sheets
• Updating the CRM
• Uploading student files to the extranet
• Contacting teachers at the start of the semester to remind them of the faculty code of conduct, confirm assessment methods, and remind them of the timetable
• Preparing academic committees and drafting minutes
• Organizing end-of-semester exams
• Validating exam subjects with course coordinators or the Director of Studies
• Entering exam grades, producing and sending the semester grade reports
• Preparing juries (verifying ECTS with the Director of Studies)
• Managing resit sessions (makeup exams)
• Producing photo directories (trombinoscopes)
• Preparing the graduation ceremony and gala (financial checks and verification of results for the graduation jury)
• Preparing pre-term activities (student welcome packs, diploma validation process)
• Organizing classes for the new academic year
• Allocating elective courses
• Assigning language groups and organizing placement tests
• Assigning students: enrolled subjects, certificates, and other information

Educational Assistant

General

• Garantir le bon déroulement des cours et des évènements de nos campus par un support logistique
• Assister les enseignants sur les campus avec une aide logistique
• Assurer la logistique générale (bricolage et réparations de 1er niveau, installation d’équipements audiovisuels, courses externes...)
• Assurer la tenue de nos salles de classe et des espaces communs (mise en ordre du mobilier, signalement des dysfonctionnements et anomalies...)
