About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Updating the CRM
  • Uploading student files to the extranet
  • Contacting teachers at the start of the semester to remind them of the faculty code of conduct, confirm assessment methods, and remind them of the timetable

  • Validating exam subjects with course coordinators or the Director of Studies
  • Entering exam grades, producing and sending the semester grade reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum: Bac+2 (equivalent to an associate degree) in administration, ideally with similar experience in education
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Administrative rigor and adherence to procedures
  • Office software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Capacity to be both authoritative and flexible with students and teachers
