About the role
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes for client companies;
- Perform candidate sourcing (hunting) and conduct interviews for positions ranging from analyst to director level;
- Provide client support regarding role alignment and the progress of openings;
- Create job descriptions;
- Develop interview scripts and define process flows;
- Send candidate shortlists to clients;
- Schedule interviews and assessment activities between candidates and clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience working at a minimum of two different companies;
- High school diploma;
- Comfortable using technology;
- Advanced English or Spanish will be considered an advantage;
- Enjoy interacting with people;
- Friendly and approachable demeanor;
- Results-oriented.
