About the role
- The Managing Director is the primary contact for the client and works in a team structure
- Responsible for managing, educating, resolving client issues, building relationships
- Sets the strategic direction for the plan and demonstrates ultimate ownership and accountability for the client relationship
- Acts as the client’s 'trusted advisor' and builds relationships to the highest level of decision makers
- Makes thorough plans and preparations for client meetings
- Consults with clients on qualified and potentially nonqualified plan design alternatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of Relationship Management or Client Service experience
- Series 7 & 63 required
- College degree preferred or equivalent work-related experience
- Your retirement plan record keeping and administration experience
- Your relationship management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
