About the role
- Operate within the WI Agile model as a key member of the Customer Solutions Chapter
- Analyze and define business needs for Content Platform support across digital channels
- Collaborate with the partnering delivery team to maintain current content system
- Participate in defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
- Actively manage partner expectations and maintain strong communication
- Perform end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing
Requirements
- 5-7 years transferable experience
- Proficiency in various business analysis methodologies
- Validated experience in product development / strategy / planning / program management / decision support
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent program management and organizational skills
- Experience dissecting sophisticated problems
- Strong verbal, written, and facilitation skills
- Ability to identify, assess program risks, and manage them proactively
- Ability to lead with empathy to resolve conflicts
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
