Serve as product owner and end-to-end gatekeeper of the scrum team mission, strategy, and tactical execution for Health & Welfare Benefits Administration.
Deliver solutions that drive value to benefits administration clients and operations/servicing teams.
Partner with Fidelity leaders to influence strategic decisions, roadmaps and resource requirements.
Set and refine product mission and bring together chapter members to execute product features.
Ensure products/services are available, stable, performant and supported; manage related cost and maintenance.
Maintain alignment on work through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog.
Coordinate end-to-end work across squads and enable iterative delivery, testing and experimentation.
Anticipate and prioritize client/partner needs and serve as their voice across multiple squads.
Measure performance against objectives and metrics and define/evaluate acceptance criteria.
Engage stakeholders regularly, inspect progress, remove impediments and report status.
Collaborate with Chapter Leaders to build squad capacity, capability and enable member growth and learning.
Make informed trade-off decisions balancing quality, cost and timelines.
Maintain understanding of client and market needs, preferences, and priorities.
Work in partnership with the H&W Current Benefits Administration Product Area Leader and Fidelity Health Operations.
