About the role
- Act as the point of contact for any research required pertaining to pension accounts
- Address customer issues and handle queries accurately and timely
- Work closely with multiple teams to ensure timely response to customer inquiries
- Own the end-to-end process relating to customer inquiries
- Coordinate with internal partners for timely support
- Ensure adequate research is performed before responding to customers
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a research and resolution process related financial process experience is required
- Excellent MS Office skills
- US Defined Benefits knowledge is helpful
- Strong attention to detail and independent judgment
- Open to and flexible about work timings and shift
- Excellent interpersonal skills
