About the role

  • Identify and cultivate new sponsorships, partnerships, and in-kind contributions from industry and workforce stakeholders
  • Create and present customized sponsorship proposals and impact reports
  • Manage partner relationships, ensuring deliverables and recognition are fulfilled
  • Represent SkillsUSA Texas at conferences, expos, and regional events to promote partnership opportunities
  • Track and analyze ROI of partnership initiatives to inform growth strategy
  • Recruit and manage state conference judges, technical committee members, and industry volunteers
  • Collaborate with event management staff to ensure judge assignments, credentialing, and hospitality logistics are executed efficiently
  • Coordinate stakeholder involvement in key events, including onsite support, communications, and follow-up
  • Maintain updated databases for judges, partners, and volunteers
  • Maintain accurate partnership and volunteer records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic goals, fundraising campaigns, and organizational growth
  • Contribute to reports, marketing collateral, and grant applications as needed
  • Assist with budgeting, planning, and tracking of partnership-related expenses and revenues.
