About the role

  • Lead and continuously develop the HR Shared Services team to ensure efficient, service-oriented operations
  • Responsible for planning and timely execution of all tasks in HR administration, payroll, and time management
  • Ensure high quality of HR services through continuous monitoring and optimization of existing processes, and by tracking KPIs to measure efficiency and quality
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related matters and support business units with questions
  • Collaborate with other HR areas to ensure a seamless, consistent, and positive employee experience
  • Train and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to projects for the digitization and automation of HR processes
  • Direct reporting line to the Director HR Shared Services
