About the role
- As part of a multi-person After Sales & Maintenance team, you will independently provide expert advice and support to customers by phone and e-mail
- You will act as the interface to internal and field sales teams as well as external partners
- Preparing service and maintenance quotes and handling order processing are part of your responsibilities
- You commission and schedule external service providers
- You analyze and process incoming fault reports and manage these and service requests in the ticketing system
- You contribute to the development and optimization of customer service processes
- As deputy team leader, you support the team leader and represent them during their absence
