About the role

  • Establish, develop and maintain trusted business relationships with existing clients
  • Acquire and develop new customers
  • Identify individual customer needs, advise clients and prepare appropriate proposals and solutions through to contract negotiation
  • Act as the primary contact for major customer projects and take responsibility for active account management as well as planning and monitoring project execution
  • Implement the sales strategy to secure and expand market share
  • Monitor industry and market developments and retail trends for both clients and consumers
  • Report to the Head of Sales and work closely with them and other departments (lighting designers, internal sales, product development, production, etc.)
