About the role
- Support client discussions and workshops to gather and document business requirements
- Assist with configuring Workday functionality to support enhancements and optimization efforts
- Help resolve client issues and support ongoing system improvements
- Learn and apply Workday leading practices across various modules including, but not limited to, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Security, Reporting
- Partner with senior consultants to deliver high-quality AMS services
- Build positive working relationships with clients and internal Skillcentrix team members
- Participate in internal initiatives, training, and knowledge-sharing activities
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience (post–go-live support or optimization preferred)
- Active or in-progress Workday certification(s) in any of the following is preferred: Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, Security, and/or Reporting
- Experience configuring Workday or supporting configuration changes
- Interest in Talent and HR processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to travel up to 20% (travel is infrequent but may be required periodically)
