About the role

  • Be responsible for acquiring new users through paid acquisition channels and achieving target business metrics (marketing budgets, CAC/ROAS, GP/ROI).
  • Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to improve unit economics.
  • Analyze performance results, identify patterns, and generate insights for the next iterations.
  • Prioritize and test hypotheses (audiences, creatives, funnels).
  • Monitor changes in advertising platform algorithms, test new tools and approaches to improve advertising efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative marketing, marketing and product funnel teams, analytics, and product teams to improve results.
  • Make key decisions based on analysis of user behavior, marketing and product metrics — and take ownership of the results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • Experience working with Meta Ads / TikTok Ads or other paid channels
  • Proven experience managing advertising budgets of $300k+/monthly
  • Ability to work with analytical tools (Tableau, Amplitude, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA/CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV), make data-driven decisions, identify causal relationships, and generate new hypotheses
  • Understanding of the growth loop capacity (audience → creative → funnel → product) and the ability to identify patterns
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas, defend your position with strong arguments, and make independent decisions
  • Strong motivation to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of uncertainty, where results come first
  • Readiness to take ownership of results and proactively initiate and defend your proposals
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate+.
  • Will be a plus: Experience working with subscription-based business models, as well as lifestyle or content-heavy businesses.
  • Experience launching new directions and scaling audiences.
  • Experience working with additional channels such as Applovin, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.
  • Experience mentoring or managing a team
