About the role
- You support the Account Management and Pre-Sales teams in qualifying and analyzing customer inquiries within the Microsoft Modern Work & Security environment.
- You contribute to the creation of presentations, proposals and initial technical solution sketches.
- You prepare customer meetings, participate in discussions and coordinate closely with the sales team and our technical experts.
- You continuously maintain and develop sales materials, pitch decks and documentation.
- You support market and technology analyses related to Microsoft 365, Azure, Cloud and security topics.
- You work closely with our strategic partner Microsoft as well as with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable field.
- You have initial practical experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Cloud services or IT security.
- You are interested in sales processes, commercial contexts and the intersection between business and technology.
- You communicate clearly, confidently and enjoy interacting with customers.
- You work in a structured, independent way and demonstrate a high degree of initiative.
- You have very good German skills and good English skills.
