About the role
- Independent management and supervision of construction projects
- Introduction and implementation of Lean management principles on site
- Optimization of processes, workflows and resources to increase efficiency
- Coordination of subcontractors and on-site personnel
- Monitoring quality, schedules and costs
- Conducting site meetings and regular reporting to project management
- Training and motivating staff in the Lean approach
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification (technician/master in construction)
- Several years of experience in construction/site management, ideally with Lean management or process optimization experience
- Solid knowledge of project planning, construction management and VOB (German construction contract rules)
- Analytical thinking, strong organizational skills and excellent communication
- Confident use of MS Office, project management and Lean tools
- Valid Class B driver's license
