About the role

  • Acts as the primary coordinator for the surveillance notification process
  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of Surveillance Offer Notifications (SONs)
  • Ensures that construction milestones are accurately communicated to the Client and Third-Party Inspection bodies
  • Manages real-time schedule changes to ensure seamless inspection attendance
  • Prepares, issues, and tracks all Surveillance Offer Notifications (SONs) via SONIMS
  • Acts as the central point of contact for the Client and Third-Party Inspectors
  • Bridges communication gap between Construction teams and the Client
  • Coordinates with discipline engineers and quality inspectors for inspection readiness
  • Maintains real-time trackers of inspection outcomes, findings, and close-outs
  • Manages data entry and document flow within the SONIMS platform

Requirements

  • CCNSG or CSCS MAPS
  • Previous experience in nuclear preferred but not essential
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK
