About the role
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements and business changes
- Translate business needs into clear BI specifications and data models
- Develop robust data models for use in Power BI
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Ensure reports meet accessibility and usability standards for end users
- Support the development of enterprise data dictionaries and BI standards
- Monitor data quality, resolve discrepancies, and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline preferred
- Microsoft Power BI certification and professional BI/analytics certifications desirable
- Significant post-graduate experience in a contractor or consultancy environment, ideally in ground engineering or complex infrastructure projects
- Strong working knowledge of Eurocodes, DMRB, CDM, and HSEQ requirements
- Experience using geotechnical or structural design software (e.g. Plaxis, Frew, Wallap, SAFE, SAP2000) is a plus
