About the role
- Leading the delivery of mechanical installation activities across Turbine and Conventional Islands
- Managing key contracts and detailed L3/L4 schedules that define weekly and monthly work sequences
- Driving safety, quality, cost, and programme performance across all areas of responsibility
- Leading and developing a diverse project team and establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and resource needs
- Overseeing risk management, budget control, change processes, and interfaces between internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience leading delivery in complex, highly regulated environments
- Capable of engaging diverse stakeholders and managing intricate technical interfaces
- Delivering major projects within regulated industries such as nuclear, energy, or large-scale infrastructure
- Applying project management qualifications such as APM PPQ, or holding an equivalent certification
- Managing turbine system infrastructure activities (installation, commissioning and/or operation)
- Leading multi-discipline EPCM projects with strong cost, schedule, risk and change control
- Working with NEC or FIDIC contracts and using earned value, estimating, scheduling, and risk tools
