Requirements
- Relevant experience and up-to-date industry skills and knowledge in one of the following areas: Electrical Installation, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance.
- A relevant qualification or equivalent in one of the following areas: Electrical Installation, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance.
- Ability to motivate and support less experienced workers and ensure they complete tasks on time
- Hold or be willing to work towards a teaching and or assessor qualification
- High levels of motivation and have the ability to use own initiative
- Have a strong desire to see all learners succeed and progress, and have a clear understanding of their needs and how these may be met
