About the role

  • You identify and research relevant websites to establish partnerships that align with our brand and goals
  • You find and connect with key decision-makers through personalized outreach strategies to build strong long-term relationships
  • You explore and experiment with AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to streamline prospecting, personalize outreach at scale, and uncover new partnership opportunities
  • You monitor and manage existing partnerships to ensure effectiveness and resolve any issues
  • You create and present monthly KPI reports to track outreach success and partnership performance
  • You assist with quality checks to ensure SEO compliance with best practices and standards
  • You collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies, integrate smart automation where it adds value, and maximize impact

Requirements

  • You have several years of proven experience in outreach, outbound sales, or lead generation with a successful track record of collaborations
  • You have strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • You are familiar with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Link Research Tools, and Majestic as well as outreach tools and analytics software to streamline processes and analyze performance
  • You are actively experimenting with AI agents, LLM-based tools, or automation workflows to enhance your work. You don't need to be an expert, but you're genuinely curious and already tinkering. We'll give you the tools and freedom to build your own AI-powered workflows.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on collaboration and teamwork
  • You are fluent in English
