About the role

  • Support Van & Truck Telesales team with offer preparation, contract processing, reservations, invoices, and follow-up coordination
  • Act as operational partner for Customer Success Managers
  • Ensure seamless onboarding, documentation, and ongoing support for customers
  • Coordinate and manage customer follow-ups and maintain customer master data
  • Collaborate closely with the German Telesales team

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (mandatory, ideally native level)
  • Strong English skills for internal communication
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset and take initiative to support the team
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
