About the role
- You coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- You support the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate communication including job postings and CV screening
- You conduct initial phone screenings and gather feedback from interviewers
- You maintain and update our ATS (SmartRecruiters) with candidate information and statuses
- You support employer branding initiatives such as social media activities and recruiting events
- You assist with talent sourcing activities and prepare recruitment reports and analytics to support hiring progress
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous internship or short work experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
- You have a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR processes and are eager to gain practical experience
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy interacting with candidates and stakeholders, English fluency is mandatory
- You are detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- You are confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with ATS or HR software is a plus
