About the role
- Oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities
- Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for fleet-related services
- Ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections
- Collaborate with Branch Operations Management and Regional Fleet Manager
- Provide reports and presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Fleet maintenance experience preferred
- ASE certification and/or a bachelor's degree is a plus
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and collision repair
- Excellent organizational skills to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to travel up to 20% (including air travel)
- Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States
